I just try to eat good. I usually eat a good breakfast which usually consists of a egg, sometimes fried and sometimes soft boiled and a piece of whole grain toast, I sprinkle just a touch of shredded cheese for the flavor. Then I have a activia yogurt and of course my flax oil (2 tablespoons a day). Sometimes I'll have a little low sugar oatmeal to the maple brown sugar. Then I try and eat my dinner around 2:00 which usually consists of a salad with little tomatoes, little shredded cheese and a hard boiled egg (if I didn't have it for breakfast), croutons and my favorite salad dressing (buttermilk ranch). I never by the fat free low fat brands because I don't use that much dressing anyway. Usually the low fat and fat free or bad for you anyway. Look at the ingredients. Then I'll have some chicken with my dinner. I love breaded with corn flake crumbs. I don't skimp on my dinner. I'm eating early so it won't hurt me. Then I'll have some sort of vegetable with it. I love these kind of onion rings I found at the store the other day. There so lightly breaded and light there fantastic. I was in a restaurant the other day and ordered onion rings and they were so huge and the breading was so thick I couldn't even eat them. I like my breadings usually light unless I cook with cornflake crumbs. Remember always to get enough fiber in your diet that's why whole grain bread is good. Flax oil is excellent. I must have dessert after I eat. I just must, so I will usually have one of the small vanilla chocolate belgian cookies that are so good or two and some decaffienated tea. I don't touch caffeine and I don't drink or smoke. Usually later on I'll have some of the smart brand low salt popcorn. I will not eat the popcorns loaded with salt. Salt gives me migranes if I eat to much. So juices are bad, sodas are bad so I tried to drink lots of bottled water.

Hi Medhi,
I like to stay fit, as well. I am careful with what I eat and excersize regularly.

you were right 3 pizza's shared between 4 Ooops.Now if it was pizza hut i would of gone for the salad.

lol maybe its just me then. i love weight watchers stuff. pizza ok if you have one slice with lots of salad, but mmmm something tells me you wont be able to resist lol x

I was back in the gym. But kids are off. I have to take care because of the condition in my legs. I don't think i put to much weight on. As for weight watches food. I don't like yuck. I rather eat loads of veg chicken and fish. Junk food night is friday and saturdays. Nine times out ten i eat something healthy tho's nites. Tonight is treat fro me and kids pizza nite.

hi pen, to start off with make sure whatever you eat or drink does not contain aspartame, it puts weight on you, and its deadly for your body, you may aswell eat arsenic!! you can change from eating normal chocolate to weight watchers stuff, its really nice i think better than the real stuff. even there crisps, and cakes, glad to hear your back in the gym, that will start motivating you into eating healthier soon any way. but make sure you do pick one day a week to eat whatever you want, that way you will stick to it. hope that helps a bit x

Hi. I'm hungry now. I have junk food propably twice aweek and just started back at the gym twice aweek. Need to lost another stone. I do that in the summer. I just love my chocolate.

hi holly, i found the best way to keep fit and toned, also loosing a few dress sizes worked for me, using the lateral thigh trainer an hour a day, also i start my day with a PLJ's lemon juice ( hot ) it breaks down the fats. i only ever eat my largest meal of the day between the hours of 10 & 11 am, the rest of the day i pick on fruit and veg, and i never eat after 5pm, by doing this i have lost over 3 stone in 3 months!!! and my dr said i am fit and healthy and there is nothing wrong with my diet. so i hope this helps anyone who is interested in loosing and feeling great x
