well iv been try to lose 2 stone ,so i started walking 6 weeks ago up to 4 miles a day ,and cut down on my food ,and lost a stone so far, my blood presh was very high 6 weeks ago ,whent back to doc few days ago and its normal now ,so just a stone to lose ,but might try lose bit more than that lol

Greetings, for me it is unusual to read to all that fresh products very expencive than ready... At all of us fresh, I studied one time in the Europe, and have understood that practically nobody prepares, all is bought ready food, I ate almost all time doners, but for some reason have not grown fat, but my many friends have terribly recovered...

Thanks for the tips. The problem with doing what you have suggested is that the cost of fresh food, especially meat, is more expensive than ready meals.

I have tried your suggestion in the past and found that it cost me nearly twice as much to buy all fresh food to prepare everything!

So much is talked about overweight people, particularly because so many are buying instant dinners and ready made meals. These are expensive and it is so easy to make nourishing healthy meals, costing very little, in no time at all. Do not cook for one person, cook in bulk and put the remainder into foil containers in the freezer. Then you have food available, freshly made by you, when you require it.
